Guild Chair, Elder and Branch Head analysis for the month of September, 2009.

Please post here any praise or criticism of what an Elder, Branch Head or Chair has done. This will be used to praise and reward those who do a job well done, as it will also provide basis to build on for any areas of difficulty.

You can use any method you like, if you want to include screen shots or logs it's up to you, but not necessary.

Praise: Both of them were the first to inform me about the guild warehouse getting robbed earlier that day, and went to farm elder mats right after. Drag farmed for 6 hours straight and filled up the warehouse again so it looked like it was barely touched. o.o
