I'm Tika-san. Just another person who extremely loves anime. Over the years I have watched many series, and will watch many more. For adventurers like yourself, I have chosen to help you. The world of anime can be a scary place. I will list all the anime I have watched. If you want more information about one on my list, feel free to ask, I will make a brief review, and if I recommend watching it. ^^

Guide Terms:
Unfinished/Haven't finished - Haven't watched in awhile, but planning to watch again.
Unfinished and don't plan to - Have seen enough episodes to be content on never watching the rest of them.
On-Going - Newer Anime, episodes are still coming out.
Contains Nudity - Obviously not for children, cause when i say this, it's more detailed nudity. Not brief clips of it.
Movies - Means they are movies, or I haven't seen the anime.
Stars - If I put stars it means It's new on the list.
Haven't Started - Means either i saw clips and want to watch, or I read some of the Manga.

Tell me about Saikano and DearS....

DearS
-Setting/Theme- High school
-Length- 12 episodes
-Main Plot- Takeya Ikuhara is the main character who meets a girl named Ren. Ren is of an alien race called DearS. Which landed on earth a year prior to the first episode. The show follows Takeya during a few months of his high school life. He has to learn to live with Ren in his home, because she has no where else to go.
Two other main characters are Neneko and Miu. Neneko is Takeya's childhood friend and daughter of his landlord. She often goes to Takeya's apartment to wake him up in the morning. Miu is also a DearS. She has the need to constantly compete with Ren.
-My Thoughts- A well produced anime. While in terms of usual themes of anime, it's much like Chobits. Quirky events while going about their daily lives. The characters are nice and some can be easily related to.
-My Recommendation- Defiantly a good anime. I whole-heartedly suggest you watch this.
-My Rating- 8.5/10

Saikano
-Setting/Theme- After/During a World War
-Length- 13 episodes (2 extra episodes called Saikano: Another Love Song)
-Main Plot- For around the first half of the anime, the story consists of Shuji's school life, and his girlfriend Chise. Chise is a weapon of the military, and is often sent into battles. At first Chise and Shuji find it hard to fall in love. But they keep trying.
Another main character is Akemi and Atsushi. Both are long time friends with Shuji and Chise. While Akemi is a childhood friend.
-My Thoughts- Great animation, and story. While the flow sometimes shifts, the general direction of the story is heart wrenching. Specially during the final few episodes. A more serious anime, with very few comedic moments.
-My Recommendation- Awesome anime that even brought me to tears at some points. I strongly suggest you watch this if you like sad stories. (Or even if you just like anime)
-My Rating- 9.2/10
